After a quick call to verify their business, I felt confident placing my first order with them and it arrived by the Tuesday of the following week! Free postage, great range, great service, it's really nice being able to call someone and for them to give you confidence in what they are selling. I decided to switch to Fresh fragrances and cosmetics from strawberry net, even though their prices are a little bit higher, after some very bad experiences. I had orders go missing from Strawberry net, and then no one would answer my many many emails. It is also refreshing to actually receive customer service as there is an actual number you can call. they have all the major brands, like clinique, estee lauder, lancome, dior, chanel as well as less common ones that are very expensive and hard to come by in australia, llike philosophy, stila, murad, nv perricone, skin ceuticals, etc. Did i mention free shipping too? highly recommend fresh!
