Amelia says: I would not recommend this beauty salon. I had permanant lip tatooing treatments and was very disappointed with the results. I made a complaint to the manager and was advised that i would receive a full refund of the $700 I paid. When I returned the following week to collect my money, the manager denied ever saying that she would honour a refund. I have been extremely unhappy with the results of the treatment and the service I received.

lee00 says: I'd been going to this salon for years and throughout those years, the service became progressively worse. My last visit was the last straw when I had a brazilian. I was charged full price despite not having it all off (you would usually get a discount of some sort due to there being less work) and being snipped (yes, snipped!). It was done by a new person and you'd think she hadn't waxed before (I was there for over an hour and 15min and it usually takes 20min-30min at other places). I was told that it was my fault because it was a while since I'd had it done - i.e. tougher hair but that's a load of rubbish. My very first brazilian didn't even take close to that long. Further, whenever I went, I was always criticised about my eyebrows and told that my face looked irritated and I was using the wrong products (I get monthly facials at another salon and have always been told I have excellent skin - zero blemishes, no redness etc) and always left feeling less good about myself than before I went in. I think it was a poor attempt at getting me to use more of their services. They definitely implement pressure tactics to sell their products - something that I do not get at all at my new salon. I wouldn't recommend it.
