This was my first crossfit gym and I've found it so much better than the other gyms I've been to in the past! Gone are the same repetitive workout sessions on my own, now every day is a different workout with a very friendly and encouraging group.
The trainers are all very approachable and freely offer technically sound advice on everything from technique to nutrition. I've found myself pushing myself harder and harder under their encouragement.
Located very close to public transport (96 and 112 trams) it is easily accessible even for someone like myself who lives on the other side of the city - and most definitely worth the trip!
The memberships are designed to suit us members rather than to make money.... no minimum year long contracts here!
In short, the best gym I've been a member of and I can't imagine myself training anywhere else.

Amazing staff who are genuinely concerned about your fitness and dietary goals and workouts that actually work. Crossfit Vic have dragged the athlete kicking and screaming out of me and it's only been a few months. I would recommend Crossfit Vic to ANYONE regardless of their age or fitness level. You won't know yourself.
