If you choose to return to his practice in 2014 (once his ticket is returned after being charged with multiple common law offences) then ensure that you check every letter, dont accept a facsimile (as it adds unecessary costs) and take control of what is being done for you. Do not get sucked into being surrounded by a barrister and Mr. Brott at each conference, its not necessary. I would be very cautious and would not recommend him as a legal practitioner of any calibre integrity or honesty. Thank You
