Lotus Spa

AJ says: Ever since the spa started running under new management, I have been very very disappointed. They have started using cheap (and very painful I might add) wax and seem to have started cutting costs in all directions including losing the best staff that were there.

I used to love this spa and started going right from when it opened, the staff and management were really professional, were excellent at their jobs and top products were used. Now, the good staff and management seem to have left and cheaper products (particularly the wax) seem to have been substittuted.

I will not be going back as the experience isn't anywhere near as good as it used to be.

bp says: as lotus spa was my friend's preferred local beauty salon (BJ), i have bought her a gift voucher as a birthday present. it was for eye lash tint and perm.
almost hard to believe, but when my friend went to lotus spa to redeem her voucher (only 2 months after the purchase,voucher valid for 6 mths) the manager made my friend pay extra $20 as that was the price for this service.
to save herself from argument and embarrasement, my friend paid the extra $20. after this incident, my friend will never come back to the salon.
so cheap unprofessional and short sighted.
