I used to get my hair cut by Namisha & Toni who've left unfortunately, but since then I've had Billy and Sam and they are fabulous. Listen to you and update your look or give you a new one that suits you perfectly. I've also used their beauty services- manicure, pedicure, massage, city man package (for my husband)- all great. The spa section is at the back and you wouldn't even know there's a busy salon right there once you step through the dividing door. I now live in HK and visit sydney once or twice a yr and always book with them as soon as I know I'm coming. Not the cheapest place around but definitely worth it.
