jax says: with a formal event occurring on a Sunday evening, for which I needed my hair done I spoke to one of the girls at PHD hair salon in north Bondi and she offered to come to my house to do my hair for the night as this salon is normally closed on Sundays. The girl said she would call me the next morning to confirm my appointment for the Sunday. The following day I received no phone call so I went back to the salon and confirmed the appointment. The afternoon before the event to my surprise I received a phone call from the salon saying that I had missed my appointment, when I told the girl who called me that the appointment was for the Sunday she said she would double check and call me back. five minutes later I received another phone call from the girl I booked my appointment with, I can not express my utter disgust with her rudeness, instead of a polite 'sorry, there must have been a misunderstanding' I was treated to a condescending, insolent tone, along with a 10 minute long phone call with this woman on the verge of screaming at me and was left with less then 24 hours to find another hairdresser before the event.
I have never received such shocking service from an industry professional and have absolutely no intensions of returning
