biddy09 says: We rented a property at Burpengary for our business from March07 and left in July09. I am still trying to get our bond back. We had paid the rent up to the day we left but we ran into the owner of the property who advised he was owed 12 weeks rental. I would like any help in getting our bond back. In the beginning the service was great however we did get a little bit suspicious as the workers in the office disappeared and it was always Mark who was doing the contacts.
Jay09 says: Hi, I am speaking on behalf of some people i work with who dont speak english. I was helping them with their tenency agreement with Premium Property group. I am posting this message because before reading this i had no idea about how bizzare premium property group is. The place which my collegues were renting was at Yamanta, Ipswich, and their contract ran out over 5 months ago, since then i have sent numourous emails to premium property group, left several messages and tried going to their office is New Farm, I still have the original 2 sets of keys to this house yet no sign of premium property group, can someone please shed some light on the situation as i feel extremely bad as i am holding on to someone's house keys. The people i am helping have since gone with another property group and are living happily. However each week that passes i think their chances are lessened of getting their $1600 bond back.
Annoyed1111 says: Absolutely appalling experience renting from them, take forever to respond to maintenance issue, examples include having to bucket flush toilets for a week after tank ran dry and mains top up failed. Recently, cracked gas regulator was identified by gas man delivering bottles called real estate who asked my wife to organise and pay for repair and they would reimburse use, my wife said no you organise and pay, he said he will come out and fix himself, over a week later with leaking gas regulator no repairs. When we moved in house was dirty and lawns over 1 metre high. If I owned an investment property I would not have these guys manage it.
Agent09 says: Annoyed1111. Iam currently having a simillar issue with Premium Property Group, our office has recently been given managements from him, we call about 8 times a day, never receive calls back the once or twice we have he has made it very short and sweet, doesnt answer any of the questions you ask and pretty much tries to get of the phone as fast as he can, the new tenants we have from him also have been having the same problems with maintenance not getting attending to for over 6 months, also the rent they are paying not being receipted properly, so we understand how frustrated you must be.
Are you still currently residing in the property? if so what is the address and maybe we can contact the owners for you to try and sort something out.
Owner72 says: As an owner we we're notified by our tenant of the issues she has had to deal with over the past 6 months. The contact person at Premium Property (Mark Heinrich) refuses to return our calls and we have since found out that Premium Property Group does is not lisenced as a real estate agent in Queensland. We are currently trying to find an alternative
mad says: I am also renting through Premium Property Group. If I was the owner of the property I would be taking my business else where. I have been in this property for 2 years and have only had 2 inspections. I have never received a receipt for rent paid. I currently don't have a lease agreement as it ran out after the 1st 12 months. I have been abused by the manager for insisting maintenance issues be resolved. I pay my rent every week and keep the property clean & tidy. My concern is obtaining a rental reference if I decide to rent another property.
UNAUSTRALIAN says: WARNING!! Please take into account the following before signing up with Premium Property Group. Six months ago we took out a lease with PPG. Upon moving in we noticed the carpets had not been cleaned and the entire townhouse was filthy. Mark (the manager) had told us it was to late now to do anything since all our furniture had been moved in. My partner had spent 1 entire day 8 hours of scrubbing and cleaning to make the place livable. Now at the end of the contract we have found out from the RTA that they have no record of any BOND money being lodged from PPG for that address or any record of myself or my partner... further to our amazement the office of PPG is now up for lease and mark has refused to answer any of our calls, where ever he is. We our now out of pocket $1200 and are still holding the original set of keys and spares with no clear picture of where to hand them in...
Russty says: I am one of those owners that have had the unpleasant expeience of have allowed Mark Heinrich anywhere near my property. He allow a previous tenent to occupy my property without collecting any bond (or perhaps he did but never submitted it) when they did a runner he claimed that he was sorting it out with them, promising to have it resolved soon. Was not to be, he addmitted to doing the wroung thing and claimed he would reimburse me, that never happened and he has since failed to respond to any of my calls to him, I was recently in Brisbane and found his office empty. I have since gone with another agent, one that can prove to be a member of REIQ. I will lodge a small claim against him if I can find him.

As per my previous comment in regards to Premium Property Group (Mark Heinrich) we are currently in the proccess of lodging documents to the Office of Fair Trading on behalf of three owners, properties and tenants. I have contact details for Mark not only the numbers that he states are for the office number and fax,the address where he has advertised for the work address (which no longer exists) but i have also tracked him down to his home address, a home phone number and mobile number, which i will gladly give out to any of you that seek it.
Please contact me and let me know your situation as our office is currently helping several owners and tenants with the proccess or either changing managements, vacating or getting in contact with the owners of the properties. Hocko says: Jay09, I am a property owner of a house in Yamanto that was managed by Mark. I had I believe Chinese tenants that worked at the Meatworks there. If these are your friends then they are probably my keys. I have not touched any bond money as I have little clim over it. I lost over 2 months on rent because of Mark and his Premium Property Group.
