In fact I have been a loyal customer for many years now, however, I've recently felt discouraged from returning to this salon. This is partly because I felt that my (usual) expectations were no longer being met. I also felt that one of the senior hairdressers at this establishment acted unprofessionally towards me and did not respond to the customer's needs in an appropriate manner. I was quite surprised by this, but other collegues have confirmed that they have had similar experiences at this salon.

For these reasons I will not be returing to this business after the negative experiences I've had on more than one occasion.
