With just 9 weeks to go until my wedding day, I recall looking in the mirror and thinking "I really need help!' I was so scared to face a barrage of friends and family that I hadn't seen in some time... oh, and then the honeymoon! I really wanted for my new bride to look at me and be proud so walk along that beach beside me. But feeling so down on myself and that podgy belly I carried every single day, I hardly felt I was worth the effort. I turned to Google in search of the best way to not only shape up in 9 weeks, but to transform that inner dialogue that was holding me back and telling me how worthless I was. I came across Fitness Crew's website and was inspired by the success stories and their 'whole person' approach to transformation. I gave them a call and from the minute I met my trainer Alex, I knew I had made a life altering decision. Although it was a short period of time, within that 9 weeks, Alex had breathed a while new way of living into me. He helped me overcome fears and hurdles and today I KNOW I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. I dropped 14 kg and found muscles I never knew existed.
