house handed over in feb 2007( 8 months) ago still waiting for them to organise final repairs, when is organised work men dont show up, this causing us to have taken day or days off. Comment from company is that hard to orgnise trades to come back, we did ask that they have all repairs done before hand over, recived latter saying if we didnt pay would sue us. One of there favarite comments is ITS NOT A PALACE that we have heard from the foreman and other onley customers have been told the same thing as in the neighbour down the road whom built with them, he apparently chased the guy down the street. Very unhappy.
